At Balloons by Jolie, we want your home celebrations to be perfect; if you are not satisfied with your non-custom decor, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please note that inflated balloons and personalized installations are final sale due to their perishable nature.

Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and do not fall under the custom or perishable exclusion categories.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

Package and Ship

Securely pack the items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned decor, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
